I still wish they age up Johnny and Mavis before they had their son. Maybe give Mavis longer hair and Johnny a beard like Shaggy from Scooby-Doo.

I'm such a fan of your HT art!! They all look wonderful, and I love how you went and made Jonny into a vampire--I think it was a bit too heavy of a topic for them to tackle in the films, but it would have to happen eventually. I love how you can still make out the scars on his neck! Nice detail.

I hope to see more of this kind of thing from you, because I recently found out...

There's gonna be a third one. Yup. 2018.

Hopefully we'll see something like this, but if not, I still hope that We'll see some more Vamp family from you!

I feel like they were deliberately avoiding that issue to keep the movie light happy and fun. I mean, the moment you bring something like that up, it makes it sad and creates a problem that has to be fixed. There was too much going on in this film for that to happen so maybe if they do a third installment, they'll use that as a plot point. Because just thinking about Dennis and Mavis basically being frozen in time (with Dennis probably aging a little faster than her because he's half human) while Johnny grows old alone and eventually they're gonna have to watch him die and then live the rest of their very long lives without a father and husband after only having him for merely 60-70 years, which is a blink of an eye for a vampire.. that shit just makes me so sad.
